🛎️ Lately I’ve been using a Focus mode on the iPhone. No notifications.

Exceptions are: movieStar, Mom, Dad, brother, best friend (also my editor at the paper) and, of course, tinyMovieStar’s kindergarten.

Everything else must wait until I check. It feels great!
